My old belief was that a balanced diet and exercise three to four times a week would grant me optimum health. Stress and anxiety I had accepted as part of life and I also believed that stress was part of any job. I let the challenges of working as the Chief Operating Officer of a national linen distributor in the hospitality industry for 22 years create havoc in my life with numerous health problems from my head to toe, some of them chronic. I tried different types of diets, consulted many doctors and naturopaths, and at one time I was taking sixty supplements a day. I tried Indian and Tibetan Aryuvedic remedies, Chinese medicine, and then moved on the Homeopathic medicine. It was my Homeopathic doctor who suggested that I read a book called the Journey by Brandon Bays. It is through the Journey work and Journey processes that I started to shift. As I cleared the emotional blocks, negative beliefs, and memories, my body started to heal.
The Journey gave me practical tools to recognize and release the silent sabotaging patterns that I was harboring. Now I continue to live in gratitude and want to share this work with as many people as I can, so that others may find freedom in their lives just as I have.
